Since man first discovered fire, we’ve cooked with stone. At Hot Stone Grill we have rediscovered these early methods, searing the finest cuts of meat on age old volcanic rocks! Our meats are seasoned with our very own proprietary blend of spices before being served on a 400˚ stone sprinkled with Himalayan salt. The sizzling stone is then served to you with a chef prepared sauce and side, and the rest is up to you—rare, medium, crispy…any way you like it!
